A delightful dessert combining creamy cheesecake and sweet strawberry pie filling topped with a golden cake mix, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 can strawberry pie filling
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (optional)
  • Whipped cream (for serving, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly across the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. Cream the softened cream cheese until smooth and spoon dollops over the strawberry filling.
  4. Sprinkle the yellow cake mix evenly over the filling and cream cheese.
  5. Drizzle the melted butter generously over the top of the cake mix.
  6. Bake for about 40-45 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
  7. Cool slightly before serving and optionally sprinkle with powdered sugar and whipped cream.
