A light and refreshing dessert that combines the creamy richness of cheesecake with fresh strawberries, making for a perfect no-bake treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (hulled and chopped)
  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
  • Fresh strawberries (sliced) – optional
  • Crushed graham crackers or cookies – optional
  • Whipped cream – optional
  • Mint leaves – optional

Instructions

  1. Cream the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Incorporate the chopped strawberries into the mixture.
  5. Chill the mousse in serving dishes for at least 2 hours.
  6. Garnish with sliced strawberries, crushed graham crackers, whipped cream, or mint leaves before serving.

Notes

Use cold cream for best whipping results. Feel free to customize with other berries or citrus zest for added flavor.
