A healthy and delicious Strawberry Chia Seed Pudding packed with nutrients and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk (any type)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • Sweetener (optional, e.g., honey or maple syrup)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine chia seeds and milk in a bowl. Stir well to prevent clumping.
  2. Add a sweetener and vanilla extract if using, and mix again.
  3. Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes, then stir again to break up any clumps.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
  5. Layer the chia pudding with diced strawberries in cups once thickened.
  6. Top with additional fresh strawberries and serve chilled.

Notes

Serve chilled and add nuts or granola for added texture and flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
