  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. Combine the melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  5. Fold in the diced strawberries.
  6. Mix the cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  7. Fill each muffin cup halfway with batter, add a dollop of the cream cheese mixture, and top with more batter.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
