A refreshing blend of strawberries and creamy delight with crunchy granola, perfect for summer days.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup granola

Instructions

  1. Blend the fresh strawberries until smooth.
  2. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the blended strawberries and fold until well combined.
  5. Stir in the granola, reserving some for topping.
  6. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan and spread evenly.
  7. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  8. Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
  9. Serve topped with additional granola and enjoy!
