  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease the baking dish with melted butter.
  3. Arrange the halved strawberries in the dish.
  4. Whisk together eggs, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter over the strawberries evenly.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and golden brown.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving.
