Delight in these refreshing Strawberry Greek Yogurt Popsicles made with fresh strawberries and creamy Greek yogurt, perfect for cooling down on a hot summer day.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Blend the ingredients: In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into molds: Carefully pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  3. Insert sticks and freeze: Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 240-360 minutes or until fully frozen.
  4. Remove and enjoy: To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.

Notes

Store leftovers wrapped in wax paper in an airtight container for up to two months.
