A refreshing and delightful dessert made with layers of strawberries, creamy filling, and crunchy graham crackers, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 box of Graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. Mix the sweetened condensed milk with the vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture.
  4. Layer the Graham crackers in a baking dish.
  5. Spread a generous layer of the whipped cream mixture over the Graham crackers.
  6. Add a layer of fresh strawberries on top of the creamy mixture.
  7. Continue layering with Graham crackers, frosting, and strawberries until all ingredients are used.
  8. Cover the dish tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  9. Slice into squares and serve.

Notes

This dessert can be made a day ahead for better flavor and texture. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
