A refreshing layered dessert combining creamy filling with juicy strawberries, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package Graham Crackers, crushed into fine crumbs (about 1012 sheets)
  • 6 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 8 ounces Whipped Topping, thawed
  • 3 cups Fresh Strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers with the melted butter. Stir until the crumbs are fully coated and resemble moist sand.
  2. Press the graham cracker mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form the base.
  3. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with granulated sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until the mixture is fluffy and well combined.
  5. Spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the graham cracker crust.
  6. Add half of the sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese filling.
  7. Repeat the process by adding another layer of cream cheese filling and the remaining strawberries.
  8. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
  9. Before serving, dust the top with powdered sugar.
  10. Cut into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

For a twist, you can add a layer of chocolate pudding or substitute strawberries with other berries. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
