  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 1 tablespoon milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla and strawberry puree.
  5. Mix the dry ingredients with the creamed mixture, alternating with the milk.
