Colorful and comforting stuffed bell peppers filled with shredded chicken and creamy cheese sauce.

Ingredients

  • 4 bell peppers
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 cup creamy cheese sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil (optional)
  • Chopped herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. Mix the shredded chicken, cheese sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Stuff each bell pepper generously with the chicken mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the peppers if desired.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes covered, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with chopped herbs if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. Reheat gently in the microwave or oven.
