Delicious stuffed mini peppers filled with creamy cheese and aromatic spices, perfect for gatherings.

  • 12 Mini bell peppers
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Chives or green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the mini bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. Mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and chives until smooth.
  4. Stuff each mini pepper with the cheese mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Serve warm after letting them cool for a minute.
