Ingredients

  • 1 package sugar cookie dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Assorted fresh fruits (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, bananas)
  • 1/4 cup fruit glaze or apricot preserve (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roll out the sugar cookie dough and press it firmly into a pizza pan to form a crust.
  3. Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden. Let it cool completely.
  4. Mix the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture generously over the cooled cookie crust.
  6. Arrange the assorted fresh fruits on top of the cream cheese layer.
  7. Brush the fruits with fruit glaze or apricot preserve if desired.
