Delicious and cheesy Taco Stuffed Shells filled with seasoned meat and topped with fresh ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 12 Jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 pound Ground beef or turkey
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • 1 can Refried beans
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 2 cups Shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 2 Green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until they are al dente. Drain and set them aside.
  3. Brown the ground beef or turkey in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  4. Mix in the taco seasoning, refried beans, and salsa into the browned meat until well combined.
  5. Stuff each cooked pasta shell with the savory meat mixture and nestle them in a baking dish.
  6. Add a generous layer of shredded cheese on top of each stuffed shell.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Garnish with sour cream, green onions, and cilantro before serving.

Customize the filling by adding veggies like bell peppers or using different types of cheese for added flavor.
