A comforting and hearty casserole featuring ground beef, creamy sauce, and crispy tater tots, perfect for the family.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups tater tots
  • 2 cups shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned and drain excess fat.
  3. Combine the cooked beef, cream of mushroom soup, milk, frozen mixed vegetables, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  4. Spread the beef mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
  5. Layer the tater tots on top of the beef mixture.
  6. Sprinkle the cheese generously over the tater tots.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until the tater tots are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Allow the casserole to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Can be frozen for up to three months. This casserole can also be prepared a day in advance.
