  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Whisk together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and Sriracha.
  3. Marinate the pork in the marinade for at least 1 hour, or overnight for maximum flavor.
  4. Let the pork sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes post-marination.
  5. Sear the pork tenderloin in a hot skillet for about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Pour the reserved marinade over the seared pork.
  7. Roast the pork in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  8. Let the pork rest for 5-10 minutes after cooking.
  9. Slice the pork into medallions and serve garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes
