  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup corn syrup
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and fit it into a 9-inch pie pan.
  3. Mix the corn syrup, sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt in a medium bowl.
  4. Stir in the chocolate chips and chopped pecans.
  5. Pour the filling into your prepared pie crust.
  6. Bake for 50-55 minutes until the center is set.
  7. Cool for at least 2 hours before serving.
