  • 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Hard-boiled eggs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to the package instructions. Once you’ve achieved that perfect al dente texture, drain the pasta and set it aside to cool.
  2. Combine the cooled macaroni, drained tuna, creamy mayonnaise, crunchy diced celery, zesty red onion, sweet pickle relish, a sprinkle of salt and pepper, and zesty lemon juice in a large bowl.
  3. Mix everything together until every noodle is coated and the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  4. Chill the salad by covering it and placing it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Garnish your Tuna Macaroni Salad with slices of hard-boiled eggs before serving.
