Delicious and healthy turkey burgers made in the air fryer for a crispy exterior and juicy interior.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cheese slices (optional)
  • Vegetables (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into burger patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Arrange the burgers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Add cheese on top of burgers during the last minute if desired.
  7. Serve immediately with toppings of your choice.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in air fryer to restore crispiness.
