A simple and satisfying turkey sandwich layered with turkey, cheese, fresh veggies, and mayonnaise, perfect for lunch or a quick snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 4 ounces turkey breast
  • 1 slice of cheese
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato slices
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Layer the turkey breast evenly on one of the mayo-covered slices.
  3. Add the slice of cheese on top of the turkey.
  4. Pile on the crisp lettuce and fresh tomato slices.
  5. Sprinkle a touch of salt and pepper over the vegetables.
  6. Complete the sandwich by placing the second slice of bread on top, mayo side down.
