An exquisite breakfast featuring poached eggs atop creamy garlic Greek yogurt, infused with flavorful paprika butter.

Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Fill a pot with water and add vinegar; bring to a simmer.
  2. Crack an egg into a small bowl, then gently slide it into the simmering water.
  3. Cook for 3-4 minutes for a soft yolk. When done, remove the egg and drain it on paper towels.
  4. Mix Greek yogurt with minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
  5. In a small pan, melt butter over low heat and add paprika.
  6. Spread the yogurt mixture on a plate, place the poached egg on top, and drizzle with paprika butter.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

Perfectly poached eggs take practice. Use the freshest eggs for the best results. Adjust garlic based on preference.
