  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger to the hot oil, and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Stir-fry broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas, and carrots for about 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and stir well to coat the vegetables.
  5. Continue to cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
