Delicious Hot Ham and Cheese Sliders featuring gooey Swiss cheese and savory ham, all nestled in sweet Hawaiian rolls.

  • 12 Sweet Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 lb Sliced ham
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Herbs (such as parsley or thyme)
  • Optional: Caramelized onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Sweet Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer the sliced ham over the rolls, followed by Swiss cheese.
  4. Prepare the garlic herb butter by melting the butter and mixing in minced garlic and fresh herbs.
  5. Brush the garlic herb butter over the assembled sliders.
  6. Cover the sliders with the top halves of the rolls and tightly cover the dish with aluminum foil.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and tops are golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, use freshly sliced ham and cheese from the deli. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
