Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Slice the watermelon into 1-inch thick rounds and place them on a serving platter.
  2. Mix the Greek yogurt and honey until smooth.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the watermelon slices.
  4. Top with mixed berries and banana slices.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  6. Cut the watermelon into wedges and serve immediately.
