Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to get it nice and warm for baking.
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the egg and the vanilla extract, mixing well until fully incorporated.
  4. Whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl. Gradually blend these dry ingredients into the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the dried cranberries and white chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze the uncooked dough.
