Deliciously buttery cookies filled with creamy white chocolate and crunchy macadamia nuts, perfect for cookie lovers.

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time.
  4. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl; gradually blend into the creamed mixture.
  5. Stir in the white chocolate chips and chopped macadamia nuts.
  6. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  7. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.

Notes

For chewier cookies, consider chilling the dough for 30 minutes before baking.
