A delightful and customizable yogurt bark, perfect for quick breakfasts or snacks. Easy to prepare and requires freezing time.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt (Greek or regular)
  • Granola
  • Fresh fruit (berries, banana, etc.)
  • Honey or maple syrup
  • Nuts (optional)
  • Seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Spread a thick layer of yogurt evenly on the parchment paper, about half an inch thick.
  3. Add granola generously over the yogurt, followed by fresh fruits, nuts, and seeds.
  4. Drizzle honey or maple syrup on top according to your sweetness preference.
  5. Freeze the baking sheet for at least 3-4 hours until the bark is firm.
  6. Break into pieces and enjoy as a quick breakfast or snack.

Notes

For the best results, use thicker yogurt like Greek yogurt. Feel free to mix and match with seasonal fruits.
