  • 4 Chicken thighs
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 lb Baby potatoes
  • 4 oz Feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup Fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, minced garlic, paprika, and chili powder to create the marinade.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Coat the chicken thighs in the marinade and let them sit for 2 hours.
  3. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Prepare the Potatoes: Toss the baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then arrange them on a baking sheet.
  5. Place Chicken and Potatoes in the Oven: Place the marinated chicken thighs alongside the potatoes.
  6. Bake to Perfection: Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are golden.
  7. Make the Dill Feta Cream: Combine feta cheese, fresh dill, lemon juice, and olive oil in a bowl and mix until smooth.
  8. Serve and Enjoy!: Serve the chicken and potatoes with a generous dollop of the dill feta cream.
