  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup pastel sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy in another bowl.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the pastel sprinkles.
  7. Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.

Notes
