Delightful and easy-to-make gluten free donut holes that everyone can enjoy, perfect for satisfying sweet cravings.

  • 1 cup gluten free flour blend
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk (or dairy alternative)
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil or butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut hole pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten free flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients: milk, melted coconut oil, egg, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Fill each donut hole cavity about 3/4 full with the batter.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before removing from the pan.
  8. Enjoy as is or roll in cinnamon sugar for added flavor!
