Ingredients

- 1 cup of marshmallows
- 2 cups of powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup of unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Food coloring (pastel colors)
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Melt the marshmallows and butter together in the microwave until bubbly, stirring every 30 seconds.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Add the powdered sugar gradually until a dough forms. If desired, separate the dough into bowls and add food coloring to each.
- Shape the dough into egg shapes and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Let them cool and set for about an hour.
- Decorate with sprinkles before they completely set if desired.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for about a week. Can be refrigerated for longer storage.
